The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a Lien Resolution Team Lead in the United States. You will supervise a team of reductions and lien resolution specialists, drive aggressive negotiations, and own metrics from reduction rate to net client disbursement.

You will work to maximize client recoveries while maintaining compliance with Florida and federal requirements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with attorneys to support strategic settlements.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum experience in medical lien resolution, reductions, or settlement negotiation at a personal injury firm, lien resolution company, or healthcare recovery vendor.
• Management of at least five direct or indirect reports.
• Proven ability to negotiate meaningful reductions on medical balances and liens with measurable results.
• Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer rules and conditional payment resolution.
• Familiarity with Florida AHCA lien processes and ERISA plan reimbursement concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team of reductions and lien resolution specialists; supervise, train, and evaluate performance.
• Own the metrics: track aggregate reduction percentage, dollars saved, aging, and settlement-to-disbursement turnaround.
• Negotiate high-balance, high-complexity, or escalated files personally when needed.
• Resolve statutory and plan liens (Medicare, Florida Medicaid AHCA, ERISA, TRICARE, etc.).
• Cultivate provider relationships and coordinate with attorneys to inform settlement strategy.
• Ensure compliance with trust accounting, Florida Bar rules, and firm documentation before funds release.
