The ideal candidate has proven experience in lien reduction, medical billing, and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and lien resolution.
• Familiar with Medicare/Medicaid/ERISA liens.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical liens with providers, insurers, and other parties independently.
• Secure optimal lien reductions to maximize client recoveries.
• Review medical billing and lien docs to spot discrepancies and negotiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case-specific negotiation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity.
• Deliver exceptional client experience through clear communication and support.
