Job summary

The Ward Law Group seeks a senior leader to head the settlement department. You will directly manage a large team of settlement negotiators, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management, and drive critical KPIs for settlement volume, value, capture rate, and client recovery.

You will serve as the final internal authority on case valuation and settlement strategy within approval limits, while leveraging structured workflows and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive personal injury experience.
• Three or more years managing settlements or pre-litigation teams.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of Florida personal injury law.
