Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a seasoned operations lead to manage a PI defense support team. You will supervise daily department operations, guide settlements, and coordinate with attorneys to optimize outcomes for injured clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in medical lien reductions and settlement support, plus 3+ years leading a legal team, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities and familiarity with Litify or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required or highly preferred.
• Experience with medical liens, hospital negotiations, and settlement support in PI law is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing legal support teams in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and workflow to ensure timely case resolution.
• Review and assist with complex hospital, medical provider, and lien negotiations.
• Monitor performance, quality, and turnaround times; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to resolve escalated matters.
• Review settlement documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
