Hilliard Law in the Mass Tort department seeks a detail‑oriented Project Manager to optimize lien resolution, reporting, and distributions for clients. You will coordinate attorneys, paralegals, contractors, and vendors to speed settlements while maintaining accuracy.

The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills, a track record managing large datasets, and a proven ability to develop dashboards and workflows that scale with increasing settlement volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of project management, operations, legal operations, settlement administration, lien resolution, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lien resolution workflows across multiple categories.
• Develop and improve workflows for timely submission, review, and finalization of liens.
• Coordinate attorneys, paralegals, contractors, and vendors in lien administration and distributions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership with status updates.
