Pattern Data is seeking a Litigation Manager to lead end-to-end settlement programs in mass tort and class actions. You’ll serve as the client’s credibility layer, shaping build designs, engaging leadership, and ensuring production deployments meet client objectives.

The role requires a JD or paralegal background, 5+ years in complex litigation programs, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal background strongly preferred.
• 5+ years managing complex mass tort/class action settlement programs.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, data sorting, and filtering.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and legal teams.
• Experience engaging with senior attorneys and firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lens portfolio design and client deployments.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for settlement programs.
• Be the litigation and product knowledge expert in client engagement.
• Manage multiple projects, balance priorities, meet deadlines.
• Draft and review documents and reports for leadership and clients.
• Support executives and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to route questions.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on Pattern platform operation and lens functionality.
