Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to provide telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible, sustainable private practice with clinical support, steady referrals, and free CEUs.

A minimum availability of 9 hours per week across at least two days is required. Excellent support includes billing/credentialing handled by Brightside, malpractice coverage, and AI-powered documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years CBT experience with adults.
• Experience with telehealth/online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations.
• Minimum 9 hours availability per week over at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
