Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy on a 1099 contractor basis. The role offers a flexible, remote practice with strong clinical support and steady referrals.

Therapists provide evidence-based treatments (CBT, UP) to adults, collaborate with a care team, and benefit from paid CEUs and malpractice coverage. A minimum of 9 hours per week across two days is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Minimum 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions via video.
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches; UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress with digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
