Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. This 100% remote role offers a flexible schedule, malpractice coverage, CEUs, and strong clinical support to grow a sustainable private practice.

We provide a steady referral base and paid training opportunities, including CAMS suicide prevention training. Minimum availability starts at 9 hours per week across at least two days, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
