Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for 100% remote, 1099 contractor roles delivering telehealth therapy. Build a flexible private practice with strong clinical support, steady referrals, free CEUs, and malpractice coverage.

Most therapists start with a manageable caseload and grow over time. We offer evidence-based approaches (CBT, UP; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed), measurement-based care, and collaboration with psychiatrists.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
