Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide high-quality telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Join a flexible, patient-centered team with strong clinical support and comprehensive resources.

Therapists deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR) with measurement-based care, supported by AI-powered documentation tools and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
