Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across general mental health programs. Join a 1099 contractor role with flexible schedules and strong clinical support.

Therapists deliver video-based, weekly sessions and can opt into specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP. We provide billing, credentialing, and insurance handling to support your private practice growth.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
