Job summary
Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You will deliver weekly sessions, utilize CBT and related modalities, and track progress with measurement-based care.
The role includes AI-enabled EMR documentation, full clinical support, and flexible scheduling. We offer free CEUs, CAMS suicide prevention training, malpractice coverage, and a steady caseload with referrals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Multi-state licensure a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
- Apply CBT and other evidence-based therapies; ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
- Maintain documentation using AI-enabled HIPAA-compliant EMR.
