Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LISW, PhD/PsyD) to deliver high‑quality telehealth across our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers steady referrals and access to specialized tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
