Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LICSW and other credentials) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy through a 1099 contractor role. Therapists will receive full clinical and operational support, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work in a 100% remote setting with a built-in clinical community, referrals provided, and AI-powered documentation tools to reduce admin burden.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); ACT/DBT welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
