Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Work 100% remote with a flexible schedule, built-in clinical support, steady referrals, malpractice coverage, and free continuing education units (CEUs).

We offer 53+ minute sessions with CBT and evidence-based therapies, and opportunities to specialize in Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, or IOP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Minimum 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to adults.
• Use evidence-based methods (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR) and track progress with digital assessments.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
