Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth care through a 100% remote, 1099 contracting arrangement. We offer CBT- and evidence-based care, measurement-based progress tracking, and opportunities to opt into specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention and Teen Therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and other modalities (UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR) as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress with digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
