Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Tech-enabled and comfortable with digital tools in care delivery.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
