Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a Credentialing & Payer Operations Manager in the United States to own licensing, enrollment, and credentialing for our Care Team, including doulas. You will build scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive fast credentialing timelines while collaborating with providers, health plans, billing, and client success teams.

Initially operating as a one‑person function, you will establish workflows, monitor licenses, CEUs, and renewals, and improve enrollment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare credentialing, provider operations, and payer enrollment experience.
• Experience submitting initial state licensure applications across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle licensing, credentialing, and re-credentialing across multiple states.
• Build and execute Doula Readiness workflows to onboard non-traditional providers into payer networks.
• Collect, audit, and verify primary source documentation for payor and state credentialing packages.
• Directly communicate with providers to gather missing documentation and guide renewal procedures.
• Maintain the credentialing management platform (Medallion) and expiration alerts.
• Track Time-to-Credentialing metrics and provide regular KPI reports.
