Responsibilities

• Support licensing compliance activities for internal customers using firm processes and tools.
• Review requests for completeness and regulatory alignment; drive resolution.
• Conduct internal/external research and recommend practical steps.
• Partner with licensing authorities to resolve applications, renewals, or denials.
• Escalate sensitive or complex matters for additional review as needed.
• Participate in leadership meetings and share updates and recommendations.
• Document work, findings, and rationale to maintain a clear record.
• Apply project management methods to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across teams and act as liaison with risk management.
• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
