Job summary

EY is seeking a Licensing Compliance Associate to support professionals in meeting mandatory licensing and certification requirements. The role focuses on regulatory guidance, research, and driving timely compliance across the organization, with limited supervision and oversight.

You will work in a centralized licensing function, advising on complex situations, maintaining records, and providing updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information; assess complex circumstances; develop practical recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues (initial, reciprocal, renewal, or rejected applications).
• Identify and escalate sensitive or complex matters requiring additional review.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders to share updates and recommendations.
• Document work performed and rationale in systems to maintain a review record.
• Use analytics and project management to organize work and meet deadlines.
