EY is seeking a licensing compliance associate to support professionals in meeting mandatory licensing/certification requirements. You will analyze, document decisions, and drive timely completion of licensing processes across the centralized function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes and tools to support licensing compliance activities.
• Review requests for completeness and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by clarifying information needs and next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; assess complex circumstances and provide recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues.
• Document work performed and rationale in appropriate systems to maintain a clear review record.
• Use analytical and project management methods to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Build relationships across ECRM and risk management teams; communicate updates and insights.
• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
• Produce high-quality work while protecting confidential information.
