MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to meet the diverse communities we serve. We offer flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person options where available, with biweekly pay based on completed, billed sessions and robust operational support.

We seek licensed therapists who value clinical autonomy, cultural humility, and equitable care. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a focus on serving Black and African American communities and other

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more states listed in the ad.
• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP).
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• HIPAA-compliant space and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all licensure and professional requirements
