MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth opportunities with in-person options where available. We offer direct employment (W-2) and strong operational support while preserving clinical autonomy to serve diverse communities in a national footprint.

Part-time and full-time roles are available, with a focus on culturally humble, evidence-based care for Black and African American communities and other historically underserved groups.

Qualificações

• Licensed in one or more states listed below.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and high-speed internet.
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant space for sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all licensure and professional requirements.
