Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching expands its clinician team to better serve diverse communities through telehealth and in-person sessions where available. We hire as W-2 employees, offering flexible part-time and full-time roles with operational support while preserving clinical independence.

Clinicians earn production-based pay, with biweekly compensation and access to a broad range of insurance panels, plus benefits for full-time staff and telehealth infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more states and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and high-speed internet.
• HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
