MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect diverse communities. We offer telehealth and in-person opportunities with W-2 employment and flexible schedules. Clinicians receive support with credentialing and billing while maintaining clinical independence.

We seek licensed therapists who value autonomy, authenticity, and cultural responsiveness, and who can serve Black, African American, and other underserved communities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician in one or more states listed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP).
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care and maintain licensure and professional requirements.
