Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to better reflect the communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

We offer flexible telehealth opportunities (in-person when available), control over your schedule and caseload, and biweekly pay based on completed, billed sessions.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more of the states listed (Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina).
• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to cultural humility.
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth and high-speed internet.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
