Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to better reflect the communities we serve. We offer flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available, with control over your schedule and caseload.

We hire licensed therapists as W-2 employees and provide operational support while preserving clinical independence. Part-time and full-time roles are available, with pay based on completed, billed sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in one or more states listed: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina.
• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license required.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations; telehealth proficiency; HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
