Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching seeks licensed therapists to join a growing team delivering telehealth and in-person services where available. Clinicians are employees (W-2) with operational support while maintaining clinical autonomy to provide quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Licensed in one or more states listed (Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina).
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations and commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Ability to operate remotely via telehealth with HIPAA-compliant space and reliable internet.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
