Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology seeks an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will maintain a consistent caseload, deliver evidence-based care, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Tennessee.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload per weekly minimum requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
