Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role emphasizes high-quality care, evidence-based modalities, and collaborative clinical support.

Roles include LMFT/LPC/LCSW or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) with part-time W-2, potential to grow to full-time, and a fully remote work setup. Comprehensive benefits and professional development are offered to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Virginia (Psychologist PsyD/PhD or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience with outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy
• Incorporate feedback to adjust programming and goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain active caseloads per role (28/week full-time; 15/week part-time)
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements
