Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Colorado (Psychologist PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Seek parent/patient feedback on programming and goals.
• Complete timely, compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload (full-time: 28/week; part-time: 15/week) and participate in supervision.
