We seek licensed mental health therapists in California who can maintain caseloads, deliver evidence-based care, and complete documentation on time while collaborating with our clinical coaches and peers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Deliver client-centered therapy and seek feedback to tailor programs
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload as per W-2 Full Time or Part Time requirements
• Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements
