Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California: Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently and work with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, and/or family outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Gather parent/patient feedback to guide programming and goals.
• Complete timely, compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload (28+ clients/week FT; 15+ FT PT).
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
