Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will maintain a caseload, apply evidence-based modalities, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Tennessee
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload per schedule (28 clients/week full-time; 15/week part-time)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
