Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology, a therapist-owned private practice, is seeking licensed therapists to provide high-quality outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families. You will maintain a consistent caseload, deliver evidence-based care, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

The firm values therapist autonomy, curated client matching, and a collaborative community with Clinical Support Coaches and peer consultation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with outpatient or group practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload per role (28/wk for full-time, 15/wk for part-time).
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
