Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team, offering flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

Both part-time and full-time options are available, with compensation based on completed, billed sessions. Licensure in one of the listed states is required, and experience serving culturally diverse populations is valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in one of the states listed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP).
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for telehealth.
• HIPAA-compliant private space for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and providing telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
