Zusammenfassung

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team in Texas, offering flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person sessions where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees with scheduling and billing support, providing autonomy within a supportive practice.

We welcome licensed therapists who value cultural humility and serving diverse communities. Part-time and full-time roles are available with biweekly pay based on completed, billed sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in one or more states listed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP).
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and support cultural humility.
• Understand how culture, identity, family and lived experience influence mental health.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Help reduce barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
• Value clinical autonomy within a supportive practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
