Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team, offering flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. We hire licensed therapists (W-2) who value clinical autonomy and cultural responsiveness.

Part-time and full-time roles include solid administrative support and a collaborative clinical community. Clinicians earn production-based pay (60% of contracted payer rate) with biweekly checks.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP) in eligible states.
• Credentialing with major insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
