South Hills Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD) to join our inclusive telehealth team. This full-time remote role serves clients from diverse backgrounds across the United States, with a compensation range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and tailor personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups that create community and address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of belonging among participants.
• Assist clients in developing new coping and problem-solving skills, empowering them to navigate their personal challenges effectively.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring clients have immediate support during mental health emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, contributing to the overall quality of care.
• Participate actively in professional development and case consultations to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications
