Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in using digital platforms for counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, Solution-Focused) to individuals, couples, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Engage clients in the development of new coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills to enhance their mental resilience.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to address common mental health concerns and cultivate community connections.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients in immediate distress, maintaining a focus on safety and stabilization.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources to empower informed decision‑making.

Compensation and Benefits
