Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to join its clinician-led, telehealth team in Nashville. You will practice from home with flexible days and hours, focusing on evidence-based, patient-centered mental health care.

You will collaborate monthly with prescribers, maintain caseloads, and coordinate between psychiatric and counseling services to ensure integrated care. This role emphasizes autonomy and team collaboration in a growing telehealth company.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) to practice.
• Open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy from home with patient-centered care.
• Maintain autonomous practice with patient-first decisions.
• Manage caseloads and coordinate with collaborating prescribers.
• Participate in monthly clinical team meetings to discuss cases.
• Collaborate across psychiatric and counselor providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team.
