Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych seeks licensed mental health clinicians to provide high-quality telehealth psychotherapy from home, selecting hours that fit their schedules.

You will join multi-professional teams of therapists and prescribers, with monthly case reviews, and collaborate closely to coordinate care across psychiatric and counseling providers.

This flexible remote role supports diverse populations and emphasizes patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy remotely from home, with hours chosen by the clinician.
• Collaborate with prescribers and counselors to coordinate patient care.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss cases.
• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to patient confidentiality.
