Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Fully Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide high-quality individual and family therapy. Most sessions occur remotely, with some in-person options as needed, and the role includes a $2,400 orientation stipend.

The team supports flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours to align with client needs. Candidates must hold an active Florida license or eligibility and possess a master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and to work late afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
• Deliver services in the community; some telehealth options may be available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other health care professionals.
