Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals for fully remote opportunities, with most work available via telehealth. Some sessions may occur in Fort Lauderdale as needed.

The role supports individuals and families, offering evidence-based treatments and flexible scheduling to meet client needs. Candidates must hold an active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) and possess a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• Flexible hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Experience documenting therapy services in an EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services to clients in the community; telehealth options available.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
