Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker in Florida. Most therapy is in-person with telehealth options, offering flexible hours and supportive supervision to mentees and experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and to provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Must reside within Florida and be Florida Registered Intern Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients of various ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community with no office requirement, using in-person or telehealth as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
