Job summary

Equip Health, a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program, is hiring a Licensed Therapist in Arkansas. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care (FBT, CBT-E) via telehealth, manage a 30–40 patient caseload, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

The role emphasizes 100% remote work with a flexible PTO policy and comprehensive benefits. You will maintain licensure, collaborate across specialties, and engage in MDT meetings while supporting

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Arkansas.
• Ability to manage a caseload across age groups and diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm) in the primary time zone.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative approach.
• Comfort delivering care virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy (family, individual, group) for eating disorders virtually.
• Deliver FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours direct care and admin work.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and MDT meetings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and outside providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging within Equip’s EMR per policy.
• Attend group supervision and department meetings.
