Job summary

Open Mind Health (OMH) is seeking fully licensed California therapists to provide virtual couples, relationship, and family therapy. This 100% remote telehealth role serves clients in California and requires an active license.

You’ll work 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling, and operate as a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour, with telehealth platforms and administrative support provided by OMH.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license required.
• Experience with relational and systemic therapy approaches.
• Comfort with telehealth and technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families.
• Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care and complete clinical documentation.
