Job summary

Open Mind Health provides fully remote therapy services for California clients, focusing on couples, relationship, and family therapy. Licensed therapists work with relational and systemic issues in a telehealth setting, serving diverse populations with culturally responsive approaches.

This 100% remote role offers $70–$80 per hour, 1099 independent contractor status, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to fit the clinician's availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Experience in relational and systemic therapy with couples or families.
• Comfortable delivering services via telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families.
• Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns.
• Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to training and scope.
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
