Job summary

Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists for 100% remote telehealth couples, relationship, and family therapy. This role emphasizes relational and systemic work, helping clients with communication, transitions, and family stress.

Applicants must hold an active CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist) and be able to provide 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist).
• Experience in relational or family therapy and evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and video software.
• Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families.
• Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns.
• Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to training and scope of practice.
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and practice within licensing requirements.
